Warwick Hills is a Deed Restricted subdivision made up of 43 single family homes. Our 19.5 acre neighborhood lies within the larger controlled access community of East Lake Woodlands (https://www.eastlakewoodlands.com/elwca). Offering 5 various entrances to and from major roadways and local shopping.
Warwick Hills is a quiet community nestled against the Brooker Creek (~8,700 acre) Preserve (https://www.brookercreekpreserve.org/). It isn't uncommon to see wildlife sightings of Deer, Turkey, Rabbits, Red Hawks, Herons, Turtles, Raccoons, and Possum migrating back and forth from the Preserve. There have also been rare sightings of Coyote, Alligator, and Bobcats.
